You know "Free" bites you sometimes. How is Microsoft going to get that "gotcha" in on this one. Like maybe charging for subscriptions or upgrades or something..

I know things that sound too good to be true, often are. But this offer from Microsoft does sound promising.

I have been working with widows 10 and it seems interesting. I downloaded a bunch of free apps from their Apps Store and I am having fun with them. One is a police scanner app and there are tons of live sites to listen in on.... Washington dc was boring. I was listing to the Richardson TX one where my son lives to see whats going on there.
Lincoln ne and Omaha ne is busy.
Found some free games that looked my ability (click- boom type).
Hoping I can get a free upgrade to windows 10 on the two computers I have the preview on since it did overtake the windows 7 that was on them. Otherwise I will have to reinstall win 7 to get the win 10 free.
Free windows....maybe Ubunto is making Microsoft nervous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it's not just Canonical (parent company of Ubuntu . . ), but Apple has done the same. But, Mr. Nadella @ms is actually more interested in the multi year contracts with Canonical to help manage MS Azure Cloud services . . . . using Ubuntu and Open_Stack.
