I don't get to make a positive comments very often but i had a
good fast meeting with Qwest and MSN the other day.
There was a problem with some of my services provided with my MSN Premium account as i couldn't access some of the services
I called Qwest and they determined that it was MSN problem.
Transfered me to MSN and they tried logging in also and they got the same error.
After they checked everything out they found the Passport server
that does the verify of account was located in the area where
there was power outages due to ice.
Everyone was fast to resolve my problem and their servers were
back up by 4:00 that day.
It was just good to actually call and talk to a human and have problem solved quickly even going threw two different services.
