I was trying to print 3 pages in color,( yeah the bingo cards). After 1 1/2 pages the computer shuts off just as if I had pressed the power button. It restarts ok after the chkdisk seq. This has happened before, twice. I put in the black ink and printed all three pages ok. Any help would be real good.

It appears the printer driver may be the culprit.
Something else on your PC may be conflicting with it or may have compromised it.
First, do one more chkdsk to find and fix any disk errors.
Then download the latest printer driver for your O/S from the mfg site, uninstall the existing driver, reboot, and then install the new one.
