Right-click on a picture or select a bunch of pictures and choose VSO Image Resizer (it integrates with file explorer.) You'll see the options shown below. Figure 1: VSO Image Resizer packs plenty of options. Follow the steps below to resize your image with VSO: Step 1. Pick the pixel resolution you seek (or use one of the predefined profiles, or create a profile of your own). Step 2. Choose a format (VSO Image Resizer converts among JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, and TIF). Step 3. Click to save EXIF info (the data your camera probably attached to the pic, as defined by EXIF.org). Step 4.
