Samsung Phones - Migrating from Android to Tizen??

Will Samsung be starting a transition from Google's Android to the Tizen OS (spec'd by the Linux Foundation)?

Android is closely managed by Google, only the kernel - which is Linux, is open. Sounds like it may be happening starting later this year.

this is a very interesting article! Will Samsung take Android down a notch? And Google (a bit) with it??? Samsung has been cagey, aggresive, and successful, IMHO.
