OK -- I broke down and bought an android tablet. I need one software package for $14.99. The only option to pay is Google wallet. Anyone familiar with it?? Likes/dislikes?? Are you using it attached to a credit/debit card or a bank account? I do have a separate bank acct already set up for eBay -- that I could use for ACH payments.
THOUGHTS ?? !!

Trudy, I have been using Google wallet for many years. I have been very happy with it. I use it with a credit card, (Discover) I would NOT recommend a debit card to fund it.

Trudy, regarding your $15 software package.... I'm gathering it's an "office" type package. Few others charge that much. Try this: play.google.com/store/search?q=office&c=apps You'll see Kingsoft Office is free! Happy droiding. BTW, what tablet did you buy? Derek

Thanks for the info Derek. The software was a genealogy program 'Families' that will work with the data from my current program and will allow me to use my [red!] Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7.0 to gather new info while I travel. That info will sync back to my original program on the PC. I'm guessing that the Galaxy built-in memo app or the Polaris Office app will work for any writing I need to do.
