Here's good news for Firefox users. Version 37 is out and has some very decent upgrades. New security enhancements (better certiticate mgmt for example) . . . PLUS, support for 720p HD using HTML5 (verus relying only on Flash). Here's the link: Softpedia Article

Ubuntu Updater applet has the new Firefox for all Ubuntu (& Mint) linux users. Note, this is typical, about 1 or 2 days after the release, the Ubuntu dev team pulls the update from Mozilla, runs integration testing, and specifically packages (customizes) the release for Ubuntu (this is the right & safe way to add and install software):
