Heard today the Perkins at 108 & L is in process of being sold. Price dropped recently to 800k (if anyone interested).

The owner already sold his other Perkins (on Grover) . . . . The hotel would prefer a lounge in place of eatery anyway.

Many staffers including some we know have left or are leaving.

Keep eyes open for potential alternate sites.

Oh no, despite the often sticky tables, it has been a great place to meet. And I'll miss the brioche french toast and nice bacon. And good burgers in the evening, too. And Derek was waiting for the fresh strawberry pie.
