Well well . . . this isn't the first time I expressed the opinion that MS was too smart to force Win7 to Win10 upgrades (when not requested or needed) . .
Honestly thought MS would tighten this up so it wouldn't happen without user intervention (or even user screw-up).
Users are pleading to MS . . . "no mas, no mas" . . .
