Google continues to innovate and provide great products for very reasonable prices - - they've just released the next generation Chromecast video streaming device, and an audio only streaming device where you can plug it into your non-networked (e.g., non-bluetooth) speakers and get streaming audio via true wireless - so your speakers can be anywhere within range of your gateway, access point or router.
By the way, the new Chromecast is considerably better than gen1 - - worth upgrading to (imho).
