Here is a shortcut to download a small program to remove windows 10 upgrade flag from your system.
This program is a run program and doesn't install it just runs when you tell it.
It takes a couple minutes for it to find the windows 10 info on your system so me patient.
You might get a popup saying this type of program could be harmful .
That is because it is a exe file and that is the usual warning you will receive on a exe file because it does a change to a windows file.

I ran it and it did the job on the computers that had the notice but didn't have required video card but still kept the notice on computer.
