Cannot download pictures from my Canon cameras

My problem has recently developed and I will describe it as follows:

I have two Canon cameras which work very well for taking pictures. I used to go to Drop Box and download my pictures from either camera.

Suddenly, both cameras will not download the pictures to Drop Box and I have no idea why the refusal.

If any members have had this problem, please let me know or suggest a solution.

So don't download them to Dropbox. Download them to a special folder (via windows explorer thru a usb port) and then, if you really want them on Dropbox, load them from your PC to Dropbox.
Or, perhaps your Dropbox is full, if you're on the free end, and may have to buy space. Maybe you hit your limit?
