Somewhat long and detailed article by "ars technica" . . . but worth a read if interested in where Windows 10 is going.

In my view, it's a mixed bag, some things I like (centralized repositories for all software), but other policies may restrict developers in ways not seen before (like 30% royalties) anyway, here's the link:
