"Linux will be the OS of choice on all his servers, it is cheaper to buy, cheaper to install, and much more secure. Desktops are under evaluation, but Microsoft lost this chain for sure on the server side."
Even many Microsoft-lovers, such as I, don't argue about the fine job UNIX does on servers. I do think (no snickering!) that on the workstation side, Uncle Bill is friendlier for us non-gurus. I wish, as a MSFT shareholder, that biz licensing were less restrictive and more intelligible, but as a user, I'm not ready to abandon Bill on the desktop.

So what's this 'Quick Reply' box that popped-up after I posted my reply? Looks like a down-and-dirty 'notepad'? I'm gonna try it!

I realize that I'm prob. talking to myself at this moment (nothing new there!), but this 'Quick Reply' is cool! My 2nd guess is that I just didn't scroll down to see it before I clicked on "reply" at the lower right of the original msg. Convenient!
